Tina Kennedy transitioned back to being a real estate agent after a 24-year career as a paralegal for one of the largest defense and plaintiff firms in the world. As a paralegal, she learned to be patient, detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong advocate for all her clients. A Florida native and a Brevard County resident for over 10 years, Tina has witnessed the tremendous changes that have transformed Brevard County into one of the most sought-after destinations in Florida. She can assist her clients plant roots of their own on Florida’s Space Coast. Her knowledge of this region and expertise in living here gives her the enthusiasm to make her hometown your hometown! When she is not assisting her real estate clients, Tina enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband. Scott Kennedy
Scott Kennedy is a true Floridian who grew up on the Space Coast in Merritt Island. Scott grew up fishing in the local waters around Brevard County, which gave him an in-depth knowledge of local waterways and waterfront properties. After graduating from Florida State University, he spent 20 years as a general manager of various hotels throughout the country. His passion for the ocean and rivers around the Space Coast led him back to Merritt Island, where he now resides with his wife and daughter. People, passion, integrity and excellence are the core values he applies to every real estate transaction. Staying in tune with the market trends for waterfront property, beach condos, school districts, and local attractions makes him a valuable resource for your real estate investment. Scott started learning about real estate in the hotel industry working on acquisition and disposition teams.
